FOX59 news reports that just before 4 a.m. Tuesday, medical teams responded to a home in the 11000 block of E. Lewsader Avenue in Northern Vigo County.

Four adults from IN have been arrested over the death of a 9-year-old boy with cerebral palsy who had been severely neglected and malnourished.

The Indiana State Police ERT and Vigo County Sheriff's Office arrested Hubert Kraemer, Chad Kraemer, Robin Kraemer, and Sarah Travioli.

Authorities say the 9-year-old boy had cerebral palsy and was blind.

"In my 26 years in this office, the pictures that I saw of Cameron and his condition were bad, beyond awful", Ewing said. Ewing said. "This is what he deserves?"

Cameron was taken to Union Hospital where he was pronounced dead. He weighed only 15 pounds and showed signs of severe neglect when he died. And this is how he gets treated?

An Indiana Sheriff compared photos from a crime scene where a 15-pound boy starved to death to images from Auschwitz. What kind of animals are they?' Ewing said, who was visibly shaken up.

"In my opinion, he was starved to death".

Officials arrested Chad Kraemer, 33, Hubert Kraemer, 56, Robin Kraemer, 53, and Sarah Travioli, 30, for neglect of a dependent and neglect of a dependent resulting in death. "And tonight we've brought these four individuals to justice", Ewing said.

According to My Wabash Valley, Hubert and Robin Kraemer were the designated guardians of the child and had been raising him since he was three days old.

The victim's biological parents have been notified, but according to authorities they were not willing to provide a statement. The minors have since been removed from the home and are in the custody of child protective services. According to officials, they are the children of Chad Kraemer and Sarah Travioli.

All four were charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death and neglect of a dependent. The suspects photos are attached and they are being held in the Vigo County Jail under a $250,000.00 bond.
