"The Vampire Diaries" is nearing its end, but the same can not be said for its spin-off series "The Originals", which is about to open season 4 in a few weeks.
The CWA promotional still from "The Originals" season 4 premiere, "Gather Up the Killers".
Marcel (Charles Michael Davis), meanwhile, may free Klaus (Joseph Morgan) under one specific circumstance.
Specifically, this premiere episode entitled "Gather Up the Killers" is going to exit for the primary goal of showing some of the further danger that is swirling in New Orleans, and to go along with that, the potential return of Klaus and Elijah to the present. He has Klaus chained to a prison for five years now, and it is driving him insane.
A couple more photos from "The Originals" season 4 premiere show Marcel talking to his "surrogate" father in his cell and things do not look friendly at all. Eventually, Marcel realizes that the un-sired undead only want to dethrone him. More importantly, the New Orleans' new leader still manages to find the time to visit his nemesis. Due to this threat, he is forced to seek counsel from an unlikely source. This is not entirely impossible given that some vampires from Mystic Falls are expected to be joining the spinoff series.
While all this happens, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) continues her mission to find a cure for Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and the others, who are now in some sort of dreamscape after escaping Marcel.
Elsewhere in the episode, viewers will see that Hayley's (Phoebe Tonkin) search for a cure for Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and the rest of the Mikaelson siblings is looking bright. She might get help from Keelin, a new character to be played by Christina Moses. Perhaps she will be the Mikaelson family's saving grace.
This led to speculations that "Klaroline" will finally have their second chance at love in "The Originals" Season 4. "The Originals" airs its fourth season on Friday, March 17 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
