General tips and historical information can be reported to the FBI Tip Line: 1-800-CALLFBI (225-5324) or the Rock County Sheriff's Office Tip Line: 608-757-7911.

A criminal complaint filed Tuesday in Rock County charges the 32-year-old man with stealing 18 guns from Armageddon Supplies.

Plans are being made to return Jakubowski to Rock County. The hunt continues Monday, April 10, .

A news conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, April 14 at the Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport, 1716 West Airport Road, Janesville.

He is also accused of sending the president a manifesto littered with anti-religious and anti-government rhetoric.

Tolomeo says Jakubowski was found with four handguns, one long gun, multiple boxes of ammunition, a sword and containers of flammable liquid, as well as a protective vest and helmet. While police said the manifesto doesn't appear to target anyone in particular, apparently the Walkers think all the free candy might attract Jakubowski to crash the egg hunt.

The FBI has doubled its reward for information that can help authorities find Joseph Jakubowski, the allegedly heavily armed fugitive from Janesville who is the subject of a nationwide manhunt. Jakubowski was researching survivalist tactics and may have had "survivalist equipment".

Richard Erdman owns a pawnshop in downtown Janesville.

Dangerous: Janesville Chief of Police David Moore, left, said: 'He was researching survivalist tactics and he has some survivalist equipment'.

According to a news release, the Vernon County Sheriff's Office received a report of a suspicious person on a farmer's property near Readstown, Wisconsin. He also mailed a threatening 161 page manifesto to the White House.

A surveillance still shows Joseph Jakubowski, who is being sought by police in Wisconsin. Authorities said the letter mentions the Sussex area about 25 miles northwest of Milwaukee. Jakubowski will then be transported to Rock County jail where he'll be booked and charged at the county level, Spoden said.

Jakubowski was taken into custody shortly after 6 a.m.

WTMJ-TV posted 35 pages of handwritten documents to its website that it said were verified as Jakubowski's writings by an unidentified law enforcement official.

Gorn, 58, a former high school guidance counselor, said he talked with Jakubowski for an hour. Gorn said he didn't feel threatened during the encounter, but said Jakubowski expressed anger with society in general.

Sheriff Spoden said: 'We do believe that he my have created [some of the tattoos] himself'. The sheriff's office said in a statement that he was captured without incident.

In portions of the manifesto obtained locally by NBC5 News Jakubowski threatens violence against the government and refers to health insurance taxes and religion as examples of the government trying to brainwash its citizens. They added that he was in good condition.
