Gemon and German Green, both three-star corners, visited MI this week, and that was enough to make their decisions.
MI landed two commitments for its 2018 class Thursday, both at the same position and both from the same family.
Gemon, a 6-2, 173-pound cornerback, and German, a 6-2, 180-pound safety, both had many offers to consider but the Wolverines stood out over them all. Prior to these three, MI did not have a single player from Texas on its roster.
"Michigan is a great school with great coaches and the facility is nice", Gemon said after committing to the Maize and Blue.
German, a 6-foot-2, 168-pound athlete, is ranked No. 934 in the 2018 class, according to the 247Sports Composite.
The Green twins committed fresh off a visit to Ann Arbor on April 19th. He is the 84th-ranked cornerback and the No. 120 ranked player from the state of Texas.
"I love MI", said German Green in an interview with TMI last month. German has offers from Houston, Tennessee, Oklahoma State and UTSA while Gemon had offers from all the aforementioned schools as well as Texas Tech, Texas, Baylor and TCU.
It was a two-for-Thursday for Jim Harbaugh.
