COVENANT is the cover feature on this month's issue of Empire magazine, and the folks over at Empire got the exclusive first look at the new images featured below. And that's not all, as Empire also revealed three new images for the upcoming sci-fi thriller which gives us a new - and rather gory - look at the Neomorph, Michael Fassbender's David/Walter, and Guy Pearce's Peter Weyland; take a look below...

You want blood? Ridley Scott will deliver it in spades with this summer's sci-fi horror outing Alien: Covenant, which owes more to the original 1979 classic Alien than any other sequel in the franchise.

Everything released to-date for the forthcoming Alien: Covenant film has looked wonderful.

The third, and perhaps most interesting image shows a mysterious figure standing on the Engineer's home planet. Let us know in the comments below. Like the previous videos, these were seemingly recorded as the Covenant initially set out on its journey, long before everything went to hell and aliens starting eating people.

Alien: Covenant has a May 19, 2017 release directed by Ridley Scott starring Katherine Waterston, Michael Fassbender, Noomi Rapace, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, Jussie Smollett, Carmen Ejogo, Amy Seimetz and Callie Hernandez.

Alien: Covenant opens May 19th. The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, unsafe world.
