Skies will remain cloudy outside of any showers with temperatures holding in the lower to middle 50s. West wind 5 to 7 miles per hour becoming east southeast after midnight. Skies will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. The wind along the coast will be moderate southerly to south-westerly becoming south-easterly from the south later. Skies are going to be mostly sunny to partly cloudy throughout.

Tonight - A 20 percent chance of showers after 4 a.m. with a low in the lower 50s. Winds: E 10-15 miles per hour, gusts to 25 miles per hour. Mostly cloudy with a low around 55. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 84.

Saturday Night. A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.

Thursday Night. A 20 percent chance of showers after 1 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 81.

Savannah, Ga. (WJCL) - As a cold front approaches the area overnight and moves through the region will have more rain and thunderstorms in the area.

The chances for showers will be much slimmer on Tuesday with slightly warmer temperatures before the chances for rain increase on Wednesday. A surface cold front will bring the potential for more showers, and potentially a thunderstorm, on Friday.

Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 73. Cloudy, with a low around 50. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. Isolated showers will continue Sunday afternoon and evening. Cloudy, with a high near 54.
