Titus O'Neil Sued Over Swerved Segment

Titus performs on the lower-end of WWE programming, and is now performing as a coach-style character recruiting wrestlers for the Titus Brand.

It appears as if a lawsuit has been filed against a WWE superstar for physically reacting to a joke played on him on the WWE prank show Swerved.

As of this writing, WWE hasn't commented on the lawsuit, nor has Titus O'Neil. So he's suing for $1.2 million. Anderson was shooting an episode of "Swerved" which featured and electric shock prank and O'Neil was shocked as part of the segment.

Anderson says he was seriously injured during the incident - suffering major damage to his hand, fingers and wrist.

The former Tag Team champion, one half of the Prime Time Players, was zapped and is accused of lashing out at Anderson.

The news comes just after it was announced Titus will be giving a TED talk about his life at the TEDxUCLA conference on May 20.

Donald Anderson says he was hired to work on the WWE Network show "Swerved" - which features WWE superstars getting punked by other wrestlers and staffers.

It was a little over a year ago when Titus was suspended by WWE for trying to "prank" Vince McMahon during Daniel Bryan's retirement segment.
