Fire Emblem Warriors (Switch) Treehouse Live E3 2017 Roundup

During a compelling show from Nintendo at this year's E3, we received another look at Fire Emblem: Warriors. This time around, however, we're getting the type of narrative we've come to expect from a Fire Emblem game. You see Marth from Mystery of the Emblem, Chrom from Fire Emblem: Awakening, then Corryn, Ryoma, and Xander from Fire Emblem: Fates. One of the biggest is another collaboration with Koei Tecmo, who previously made Hyrule Warriors for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. Warriors is another addition to the Fire Emblem series, an RPG top-down strategy game, focused on a spiraling story filled with exceptional moral decisions. The upcoming hack and slash game will contain a Colosseum mode, which is entirely separate from the main game, and will allow players to go head to head with some of the most popular heroes in the Fire Emblem series.

The classic weapons triangle comes into play meaning that you will need to tactically switch between Fire Emblem heroes to gain the advantage in combat, while you can issue commands to heroes on the battlefield to help you gain the upper hand.

A new mode was showcased at the end of the stream entitled "Colosseum Mode".
