Lorde May Just Have A Secret Instagram Dedicated To Onion Rings

Lorde fans think they may have stumbled on some internet gold - a "secret" Instagram account they believe was set up by the New Zealand artist.

Here's a photo Lorde shared on Twitter of her going to a Sonic, which serves onion rings.

Before the account was taken down (after Newshub sent a request for comment to Lorde's management), it had a grand total of 24 followers - Lorde was one of them.

Newshub also goes on to do some sleuthing about instances where Lorde's tour locations matched up with onion ring restaurants featured on the 'gram.

NewsHub went on to report that onion ring reviews had just rolled in from Tennessee and NY - two cities that chronicled a trip Lorde had recently made surrounding performances at Bonnaroo.

This onion-ring-account operator could be based anywhere in the world, but two of the four posts are US-based. The account had also recently reviewed rings from Sydney, New York and Hatfield, New York, which were also recent, likely destinations or layovers.

Here's her eating small bagels, which are the same shape as onion rings.

If that's really you, Lorde, please never stop Instagramming onion rings.

And there are other pieces of evidence, as well, including its use of Lorde-ish language and, more creepily, the fact that the fingers in the pictures look like they could be Lorde's fingers.
