"With the criminal sexual conduct charges filed against Josh King, Donnie Corley and Demetric Vance, I have decided that regardless of the final outcome of the criminal process, these three individuals have been dismissed from our program, effective immediately", the statement reads. He's charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual assault, third-degree criminal sexual assault, and one count of capturing/distributing images of an unclothed person.

As stated, all three are facing criminal sexual conduct in the third degree.

The three are accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a bathroom during a January 16 party on the university campus, according to the Lansing State Journal.

Nearly immediately after the charges were announced, Michigan State head football coach Mark Dantonio announced that Corley, King and Vance were dismissed from the program.

East Lansing District Court records show Donnie Corley Jr. and Josh King - both 19 - were arraigned Wednesday.

King, who was also entering his sophomore season after playing in nine games as a true freshman, recording 10 total tackles, 1.5 of which were for a loss.

An investigation by a law firm into the university's handling of the case, which was released on Monday, found the coach had acted promptly.

The Warriors might be too good for the game's good: Arthur
Abdul-Jabbar was the league's MVP and scoring champion, averaging 31.7 points. "Great game once again, unfortunately the last". San Antonio losing Kawhi Leonard in Game 1 of the West final, while leading by 26 points, is a tiny asterisk.

Michigan State Board of Trustees member Mitch Lyons said in an interview on WBBL-FM in Grand Rapids that it was former Spartans defensive lineman Auston Robertson who informed Dantonio of the alleged incident.

Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio said Tuesday that he made a decision to dismiss all three players immediately after charges were filed because their "morals were not where they needed to be".

Siemon's office did not release the names of those who will be charged. "He maintains that, in fact, he is innocent, and we intend to demonstrate that in the coming proceedings". The report said Dantonio "took prompt and decisive action" with respect to the January incident.

The second part was the university investigation, which appears to be complete.

The three players were suspended from the football program and were removed from campus housing in February, after the school said it became aware of the incident. Dantonio dismissed those three Tuesday morning after arrest warrants were issued. "This is just one more step along the way", Truszkowski said.

Michigan State scheduled an afternoon news conference with Dantonio and athletic director Mark Hollis. "You do the math, I guess". Robertson was kicked off the team in April after he was charged with a separate sexual assault in Meridian Township.

"Every employee has a clear responsibility to follow the university's well-established reporting protocols regarding sexual assault".
