Had someone forward me this clip the other day.

The short of it is a Tennessee state legislator thinks both parties are "sorry," and that the legislature should consider redistricting each congressman's district to enforce a more pro-state agenda at the federal level.

I haven't heard anything much on this, so I'm not sure how much traction it has.
